Boys vs Girls?

Battle of the Sexes?? Boy vs. Girl? Girl vs. Boy?

Which is better male or female? Is a question I am asked often....Here is how i sum it up for you in a nut shell!

A Female Yorkie will say "Love me, Love me, Love me, and a Male Yorkie will say "I love you"

Boys are more flirty and often say "What can I do for you?" Girls are more "what will you do for me today"

You can't go wrong with either sex they are both just wonderful and I recommend either!!

*Boys who were neutered early (by 6 months of age) usually don't ever raise their leg to urinate since they no longer have the higher testosterone level of a unneutered dog. The housetraining of a neutered male is no different than the housetraining of a female.
* One reason a female is sometimes chosen is so that it can wear bows and can be dressed up. There is now a variety of choices of clothing and accessories for both boys and girls. In the show ring, both boys and girls wear the topknot and a bow in their hair.

We breed for health, temperament, and beauty!

All our yorkie puppies will be sold as a companion pets only. Please don't send any payment before your family is approved. Pick ups are Saturday and Sunday by appointment only

When puppies are born I will place a picture of them on this page. a few weeks after that

when I have a better idea about their quality and and their size that they are going to be full grown I will price them and I will start contacting the families on the waiting list (usually at 5 weeks old)

After the families on the list choose their puppies the other puppies will be available on first come first serve basis . At this time I will also contact all the families that have ask us to be contacted.

*the deposit to reserve/hold a puppy is half of the price.

*Our puppies receive their first set of shots when they are 7 weeks old , if we still have an available puppy by that time we will be allowing visits. before their first shots it is just to risky for their health.

*Our puppies are ready to go to their new homes when they are 10 weeks old, some of them needs to stay for an other extra week or two. this depends just in the puppy.

Pick ups and visits are Saturday and Sunday by appointment only

Our Nursery

We will invite you to visit our home and meet our Yorkie family. Most people find this to be the best part because not only do they meet their new puppy and siblings but also, the dam and the sire.

Our nursery is inside our house, We work extremely hard caring for our babies. Whelping a litter, feeding, cleaning and general maintenance to bring you as healthy puppy as I would like to get when I buy one my self.

What is included With Your Baby?

Tail docked and dew claws removed.

Health guarantee: We guarantee your puppy to be free of any life threatening inherited genetic problems for one year.

Vaccination and wormed record: your new baby will be current on shots and will have been dewormed

Health certificate from a licensed vet: just before your puppy goes home to be sure your new baby is healthy, They will have full stool screening( float, gram, stain and wet mount ) to ensure active bacteria and parasites are not present, My Vet also checks; the heart, eyes, the hips, and the genitals.

Micro chipped ( If desired )

Registration Papers--AKC (American Kennel Club) papers for your Pet Puppy will be released after proof of spay or neuter is received.

Copy of parents pedigree( Champions in red)

A puppy carrier (if puppy is to be shipped).

Sample of the food the your puppy has been eating. (Eagle pack )

Grooming--Your baby will come to you clean and smelling wonderful; after having a bath and blow-dry, ears cleaned, and toenails trimmed. We also trim their little private areas for added cleanliness. Your baby will have had two or three grooming sessions by the time he/she comes home to you.

A blanket , a toy and lots of love!

Clients Waiting list

1. Please fill out the puppy adoption form and send it to us by a- email)

2. Once approved you will need to send in a $500.00 (non-refundable) deposit

please check the purchase information for the types of payments that we accept

3. You will be put on a MALE or FEMALE waiting list in the order received (First come first serve bases).

4. Puppies will not be available until 5 weeks of age; at that point I will contact each perspective buyer . You will have 48 hours to decide if whether or not to purchase from the available litter. If you pass on the puppy/litter, you will remain on the list until you find the puppy of your choice.

5. If you choose for your deposit to go towards a certain puppy, the puppy must be paid for in full at 9 weeks of age. Except if you are bringing cash for the final payment.

Once you commit to a certain puppy your deposit is non-transferable to another puppy.

6. I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone if I feel that it is not in the best interest of the puppy. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO SALES to pet shops, Brokers or puppy mills. All of my puppies are sold to pet homes only with a strict spay/neuter contract and Limited AKC Registration, no exceptions.
