ROYAL PUPPY PAWS CONTRACT

1.  The purchaser agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 business hours, a copy of the exam must be mailed to ROYAL PUPPY PAWS, post marked within 72 hours of the purchase, this is Mandatory to start your 1 year guarantee against life threatening congenital defects limited to heart, liver, kidney and lungs. If one is found….. Or in case of death an autopsy must be preformed (at owner’s expense) and you must provide to me immediately written documentation from a certified vet stating the defect or cause of death .Sellers Veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis.

2. No money refunded, only replacement of puppy: We will issue a new puppy to you, the first available of the same value, as soon as possible, shipping expenses will be shared or we can offer you 30 % off the price that you paid for your baby to help you with the treatment . We understand that it is difficult for most people to return their little babies after having spent time with them. Replacement Warranty will be terminated if does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records, or if the dog has produced offspring.

3. Your new puppy will NOT have kennel cough, hernias, dry flaky skin, bald spots, matted hair, ear mites or illnesses of any kind when you receive it!

4 . We do not guarantee hypoglycemia (this is up to the new owner to prevent)

5. We guarantee parvovirus and distemper if we are contacted within 6 days because the puppy can get the disease after it departs our home. Diagnosis and lab result must be provided immediately.

6. You agree to neuter or spay the puppy by it's sixth month and will provide Seller with a copy of the Certificate of Spay/Neuter of the same. Purchaser agrees to Royal puppy paws with a veterinarian's letter as proof of a spay/neuter. AKC  (American Kennel Club) papers for your pet puppy will be released after proof  of spay and neuter is received ..

If Purchaser fails to Spay/Neuter this puppy and fails to provide proof to Royal puppy paws by the time the puppy is 7 months of age, rights and ownership of the puppy will automatically be terminated and  puppy will go back to Royal Puppy  paws (Pierina Thompson) who may  immediately assume possession of the puppy with no refund to the purchaser. Purchaser will be responsible for any and all fees incurred (attorney, court costs, filing, travel, shipping cost for puppy, etc.) in the safe recovery of returning the puppy to Royal Puppy Paws.

7.  It is impossible to determine each young puppy's exact adult weight, sizes are our best estimated guess of what we feel each puppy will be based on the puppy's parents weight, and their size at time of sale. . No refunds for size or color.

8. Once said dog has left my home, I am not responsible for any infection, allergies, illness or behavioral problems that may occur. This guarantee is against life threatening congenital defects limited to heart, liver, kidney and lungs.

9. The buyer agrees that the puppy will never be placed in a shelter, rescue or sold to a broker, pet shop or puppy mill. If the buyer is unable to keep the puppy, the buyer is required to contact Royal puppy paws before placing the puppy. . This guarantee is not transferable

10. Buyer agrees that no charge backs will be filed through credit card companies or PayPal on this transaction for any reason. Deposits are not refundable.

 Any disputes will be litigated in Spotsylvania County, Virginia State, USA at the buyer's expense.
