1.  The purchaser agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 business hours, a copy of the exam must be mailed to ROYAL SHIH TZUS & YORKIES, post marked within 72 hours of the purchase, this is Mandatory to start your 1 year guarantee against life threatening congenital defects limited to heart, liver, kidney and lungs. 

2. If one is found….. Or in case of death an autopsy must be preformed (at owner’s expense) and you must provide to me immediately written documentation from a certified vet stating the defect or cause of death and I will send it to my vet for review.

3. No money refunded, only replacement of puppy: We will issue a new puppy to you, the first available of the same value, as soon as possible, shipping expenses will be shared or we can offer you 30 % off the price that you paid for your baby to help you with the treatment . We understand that it is difficult for most people to return their little babies after having spent time with them.

4. We do not guarantee hypoglycemia (this is up to the new owner to prevent) patella problems, hernia, (is not a life threatening problem and can be fixed easily when the puppy get spay or neuter), hernias are very common in small breeds  or  A congenital defect is a problem that will not allow the puppy to live to a normal life expectancy.

5. We guarantee parvovirus and distemper if we are contacted within 6 days because the puppy can get the disease after it departs our home. Diagnosis and lab result must be provided immediately.

6. It is impossible to determine each young puppy's exact adult weight, sizes are our best estimated guess of what we feel each puppy will be based on the puppy's parents weight, and their size at time of sale. . No refunds for size or color.

7. You agree to neuter or spay the puppy by it's sixth month and will provide Seller with a copy of the Certificate of Spay/Neuter of the same.

Registration Papers--AKC (American Kennel Club). limited registration papers for your Pet Puppy will be released after proof of spay or neuter is received.

8. Buyer agrees that said dog will live inside the Buyer's home and will not be housed outside for any length of time. Buyer agrees said dog will be socialized and treated as one of the family.

9.  Once said dog has left my home, I am not responsible for any infection, allergies, illness or behavioral problems that may occur. This guarantee is against life threatening congenital defects limited to heart, liver, kidney and lungs.

10. This guarantee is not transferable.

11. The buyer agrees that the puppy will never be placed in a shelter, rescue or sold to a broker, pet shop or puppy mill. If the buyer is unable to keep the puppy, the buyer is required to contact Royal Shih Tzus and Yorkies before placing the puppy.
